We’ve been repairing various brands of mechanical clocks for over 40 years.
It may make sense to repair the clocks you already own to maintain a consistent look and stay within your budget. The cost of clock repair is usually less than 65% of the cost of a new clock, and it’s backed by 1 and 2 year warranties.
To guarantee prompt service, call Customer Service at 800-328-8996 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You must get an RMA number prior to sending your clocks to American Time.
After receiving the RMA number, package your clocks in a box. The package containing your clock(s) must display the following on the outside of the box:
- RMA number
- Your company name and address
- Contact name
- Telephone number
- Email address

Additional Charges:
Glass crystal: add $10.00 for each 15″ diameter clock and $30.00 for each 18″ to 24″ clock.
Acrylic crystal: add $20.00 for each 10″ and 12″ diameter clocks, $25.00 for 15″ diameter clocks and $30.00 for 18″ diameter clocks.
