Methods of Payment
- Credit Cards – Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express
- Purchase Orders – Complete the inquiry form if you do not have an approved purchase order or cannot find your existing purchase order.
- Check-By-Phone – If you do not have an open account or credit card, please call 800-328-8996 to place your order. Please have available the following bank account information:
- Your 9 digit routing number
- Your bank account number
- Name on the account
Shipping & Handling
Orders are shipped “best way,” unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are F.O.B. Dassel, MN 55325 and on open accounts are pre-paid by American Time and added to the invoice. All web orders ship complete.
- All stock items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order, if your account status is within our terms.
- Non-stock items or large orders will be given an estimated ship date when the order is placed.
- Drop-ship items ship directly from the manufacturer. Depending on your location, the shipment may take more transit time.
- Note: Shipping for all orders over $14,000 must be quoted.
International Orders
We’re sorry, we cannot accept checks, money orders or credit cards from anyone outside the U.S.A. & Canada. Please contact Customer Service for wire instructions.

Returns
We stand behind our high-quality, precise products, so please follow these guidelines if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product.
In order to guarantee prompt service, you must call Customer Service at 800-328-8996 within 30 days of the invoice date for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You must get the RMA number prior to returning your product to American Time.
The package containing your returned product must also contain your company name and address, as well as a contact name, telephone number and email address. If the package does not have the RMA number on the outside of the package, it will be returned unopened.

Please note: Items returned within the first 60 days must be in the original packaging and in saleable condition or a minimum 25% restocking fee will be applied. All items returned after 60 days from the original invoice date will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Drop ship orders may be subject to vendor restocking fees.
CUSTOM ITEMS
Personalized, custom color or built-to-order items are made especially for you and cannot be returned. To eliminate any issues, our experienced staff will help you with your custom product selection and ask you to approve it prior to purchase. For example, we will electronically send you a proof of your personalized logo dial style and request your approval before we begin manufacturing it.
WARRANTY
If difficulty develops with a product that is under warranty, American Time will, at our discretion, repair or replace your purchase. Use the return guidelines stated above to return your product for warranty work. This warranty does not cover labor and transportation costs for removal and/or installation of the unit for repair. Any repair, adjustment or modification to the product, other than by American Time, voids the warranty.

Copyrighted materials will not be printed without permission from the copyright holder. The customer agrees to hold American Time harmless from any claims of copyright infringement. Customer logos may appear in future American Time promotions.
